- Rumi Olive Oil: Pressed from old Rumi trees in Palestine, cared for by families for generations. Harvested early while still green, giving the bold, peppery flavor Palestinians love for dipping.
- Za’atar: A traditional blend of wild thyme, toasted sesame, and sumac, hand-mixed by a women’s cooperative in Palestine. Aromatic and tangy, it captures the taste of every Palestinian breakfast table.
- Tree for Life: Tree planting is part of our Tree for Life program, which has planted more than half a million trees across Palestine since 2006. With your purchase, a tree will be planted in your name during the 2025–2026 planting season (December through February), when the soil is ready for new roots.
- Canaan Cotton Bag: Each set comes with a cotton bag printed with the proverb:“They planted so we ate, we plant so they will eat.” A reminder that every act of giving generates another, and every seed we plant is a continuity that carries the hope of tomorrow.

With every set, a tree will be planted in your name in Palestine, connecting your home to the farmers who tend the soil that has sustained their families for centuries. Trees are planted during December, January, and February.
Each gift comes with a cotton bag printed with the proverb:

Inside, you’ll find a card confirming your tree pledge in Palestine.

How to Serve
- Pour the Rumi Olive Oil into a shallow dish.
- Add another small plate for Za’atar, or sprinkle it directly on top of the olive oil.
- Dip fresh bread first in the olive oil, then in the za’atar, and share the story as you enjoy it.
