We do not accept returns of opened or used products once received by the customer.

For unopened/unused products, we do not accept returns whereas Canaan Palestine’s products are considered perishable food products. However, you may reach out to us to inform us of the reason you’re unsatisfied with your purchase and wish to return the product to us. The request must be received by us within 3 days of receipt of the products. Upon receipt of your return request, we will assess your case and either approve or decline the return. If approved, a refund will be provided subject to the following conditions: (i) the product is unopened, unused, and undamaged; (ii) the return shipping fee is covered by the customer; (iii) the customer bears the risk of loss during shipment; (iv) the refund will be issued only after the returned products are received by us; (v) the shipping cost paid by the customer at the time of the original order, and any related fees, taxes, customs, will not be refunded; (vi) a restocking fee may be charged and deducted from the refunded amount; and (vii) the refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Website. WE OFFER NO REFUNDS ON ANY PRODUCTS DESIGNATED ON THIS WEBSITE AS NON-RETURNABLE.

Any Canaan Palestine branded products purchased from partner retailers and other online stores should be resolved directly with the seller where you made your purchase. Canaan Fair Trade LLC cannot exchange, or refund orders not purchased directly from the company’s website.

If your package was damaged during transit and as a result, the products became unsafe to consume, you may be eligible for a replacement or a refund or a credit provided that the damage must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt, and photo documentation is required of the damaged product, packing material, tracking number on the box and the original shipping carton.

If we send you the wrong products, please email us within 3 days of receiving your order and we will either refund/credit you or dispatch the correct products immediately and we will cover shipping and handling costs. If we require a return of the incorrect products, we will provide you with a paid return label.

If your order is missing items, please email us within 3 days of receiving your order and we will assess your shipment and investigate your claim.  If approved, we will refund/credit you or dispatch the missing products immediately and we will cover shipping and handling costs.

If tracking information shows that the carrier delivered the package to the address you provided but is nowhere to be found, you may contact us immediately and we will use commercially reasonable efforts to help file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. If a claim is successful and a refund is issued by the carrier, your order may be eligible for a replacement or a partial/full refund at our sole discretion.

If your package was returned to us for reasons such as an incorrect or undeliverable address, refusing a shipment, and/or failure to pick up from a carrier’s access point after attempted delivery, we can re-ship your order only if a new shipping and handling fee is paid, even if your order was originally eligible for Free Shipping. Your original shipping fee will not be refunded, and you will be subjected to a restocking fee. These conditions also apply if you request a refund.

Any orders shipped outside of the United States are subject to import taxes from your country or brokerage fees from carrier companies. We are not responsible for those fees. Additionally, if the carrier was unable to deliver your parcel because they were waiting for a customs clearance process to be completed by you and you were unable to cover those costs, we can refuse to refund you fully or partially for your purchase.
