Nabali olive trees are indigenous to Palestine and cultivated through sustainable farming traditions passed down over millennia. The name Nabali refers to the ancient Canaanite city of Napoli, known today as the Palestinian city of Nablus. This variety is considered the mother of the Arbequina olive, widely known in Spain and Italy. Nabali olive oil is smooth and delicate, sweet and fruity, perfect for salad dressings and for drizzling over Middle Eastern spreads like hummus and baba ghanouj, while naturally enhancing the taste of any dish.
